1. If you’re interested in any of the open projects listed below, complete the Prospective Buyer intake form.
2. Once verified, your contact information will be shared with the business owner.
3. The business owner will then reach out to you if interested.
4. Both parties will review each other’s backgrounds to progress towards a deal.
5. The process will conclude with either a deal being made or the lead closing.

• Our team will review your form and may contact you to verify any information submitted.
• A project proposal will be posted on our website and announced via a press release.
• The Business Connect team will gather prospective buyer information and connect them with the business owner using pre-verified applicants. After this, we will step back from the process.
• The business owner will then contact the prospective buyers of their choice to move forward with a deal.
• The process will conclude with either a deal being made or the lead closing.
